MITS has four separate enriched, well-stocked modern libraries for FET , FMS, FASC and FOL to cater to the needs of all the streams being taught. The libraries have been using software namely "Alice for windows" with a package to automate the function and services. Both the libraries are member of Developing Library Network (DELNET). With this, the libraries can access the database of seven hundred thirty four national and international libraries. One can view 35,10,946 records, which include database of books,theses and dissertations and articles of various periodicals. DELNET also provides Inter Library Loan(ILL) facility for books and articles of periodicals at a fast pace. The library facilities are made available upto 09:30 P.M.
FET-Library
It has a good collection of more than 27198 books , 2230 CDs and 200 video cassetes to provide sufficient consulting material for the faculty as well as the students.It has a variety of material, which includes course books along with the books for the overall development and recreation reading, in addition to national and international journals.The journals subscribed provide the latest information of the key industries and engineering trends to help the students in crucial decision making, and developing the aptitude for the same. The library is subscribing various e-journals like IEEE-Xplore online journals(145) , Science Direct journals(275), ASME (25), Springer (ECE - 134, Mechanical Engg. - 46), J-Gate (1700), Wiley Blackwell (CSE - 30, Mechanical Engg. - 14), ACM Digital Library 418, SCOPUS(Large abstract and citation database of research literature and select web sources), ASTM Digital Library and McGraw Hill e-books access engineering library which are highly beneficial in inculcating the spirit of research among the students as well as the faculty members.The library is a member of INDEST and Its competent and qualified staff assists the students in using the rich resources of the library effectively. The library, under its modernisation scheme, has undertaken a massive programme of computerisation of its entire holdings. The reference library is also equipped with photocopying facilities and other modern amenities. The students are encouraged to spend their spare time in the library and thus enrich their knowledge. The library serves as a resource centre to the teaching faculty .
FMS-Library
It has an enriched, well-stocked and modern library with a good collection of more than 8,000 books, subscribing 47 national journals, 11 international journals , several CDs. It subscribes on-line Digital library resources-Ebsco-which provides access to 1,100 national and international journals online and corporate database CMIE-Prowess covering around 10,000 companies so as to provide sufficient consulting material for the faculty as well as the students. It has a variety of material, which includes course books along with the books for the overall development and recreation reading in addition to the national and international journals. The endeavor to assist in providing sound and authentic information and awareness of new technologies and management techniques edging up the global horizon.
FOL-Library
During a very short span of time the faculty of Law has carved out a niche in the university by augmenting its Library with all important legal works, reports, International & National journals and treatises including recently published HALSBURY LAWS OF ENGLAND & HALSBURY LAWS of INDIA and renowned SACRED LAWS OF THE EAST by Max Muller. Complete set of All India Reporter (1914-Update) and other Reports & Central and Local Laws is also available in the Library.
Computer Lab facility is also available to students. Apart from providing 24-Hour Internet Services, the "Online Data Base Multi-User" is also available which contains Statutes, Rules, Regulations, Judgments of the Privy Council, High Court and the Supreme Court, burning articles and news including latest developments in the socio-legal field.
FASC-Library

FASC library has a good collection of more than 8000 books and 300 CDs so as to provide sufficient consulting material for the faculty as well as the students.It has a variety of material, which includes course books along with the books for the overall development and recreation,general reading, in addition to national and international journals.

Besides this, FASC reading room endeavours to assist in providing sound and authentic information and supplies awareness of new technologies and management techniques edging up the global horizon.
