Electrical Machines Laboratory  
  • Fully equipped with latest machines imported from LD Didactic GmbH, Germany.
  • The Laboratory includes electrical machines like DC shunt machine, single phase and three phase transformer, three phase induction machine & synchronous machine, stepper motor, single phase induction machine, servomotor and fully computer control unit of DC machine and AC induction and synchronous machine.

Network Analysis Laboratory  
  • The purpose of this laboratory is to make the students familiar with the design & analysis of different electrical & electronic circuits through hardware & software (MATLAB/PSPICE).
  • Provides hands-on experience on RLC circuit, Filter circuit design, Transiens, two-port network, Network theorems, Time constant of R-C and R-L circuit, KCL and KVL laws and different types of wave generation (periodic/non-periodic).
 
Electrical and Electronics Measurement Laboratory  
  • The laboratory is designed to make the students familiar with measurement techniques & calibration of different electrical parameters.
  • The lab includes temperature measurement by Thermocouple, Thermistor & RTD, Loading effect using PMMC meter, Q factor, Displacement measurement by LVDT, different AC bridges like Owen's bridge, Maxwell's bridge & Anderson's bridge and data acquisition system.
 
Power Electronics Laboratory  
  • Intends to provide meaningful laboratory experience in the field of power electronics and drives to the students.
  • Provides hands-on experience on SCR, MOSFET, Half and full wave controlled Rectifier, choppers, forced commutation of SCR, Frequency converter and simulation of half and full wave rectifiers by Matlab simulation toolbox.
 
Control System Laboratory  
  • This laboratory provides facilities to have hands-on experience in control system Engineering.
  • The laboratory is equipped with AC/DC position control modules, Synchro Unit, Linear system simulator, PID controller, Potentiometer error detector modules, Temperature control modules, Compensation design modules, DC motor control.
