  •  Provides a network of 31 DELL PCs loaded with Window XP operating system.
  •  Enables learning AI tools such as PROLOG and LISP.
  •  Facilitates developing programming skills in C and C++.
Operating System (OS) Laboratory
  • Provides a network of 51 IBM PCs and one IBM server loaded with LINUX operating system.
  • Facilitates to develop and learn shell programming.
  • Enables to develop system programmes.
IBM Software Centre of Excellence (CoE)
  • IBMhas set-up the 'IBM Software Centre of Excellence' at MITS.

Graphics and Multimedia Laboratory
  • Provides a network of 51 IBM PCs loaded with Windows XP/Windows 7 operating system.
  • Enables to develop graphics programmes using Borland Graphics Interface with IDE, Turbo C and C++.
  • Facilitates to develop Multimedia applications in Macromedia Studio and Macromedia Director.

Networking Laboratory
  • Provides a network of 36 IBM PCs loaded with Window XP/NT operating system. 
  • Enables to develop programmes to learn computer networking concepts of TCP/IP programming, protocol design and configuration of network devices.


Visual Studio Dot Net Laboratory  
  • Provides a network of 31 IBM PCs loaded with Window XP operating system.
  • Enables to develop web applications on Microsoft tools using ASP.Net, C-sharp, VB.NET.
  • Facilitates Windows programming using Visual Studio.

Advanced Java Laboratory  
  • Provides a network of 37 IBM PCs loaded with Window XP operating system.
  • Enables to develop enterprise web applications using J2EE,Oracle 10g, Net Beans and Rational Rose.
  • J2ME is also available for use.
Database Laboratory  
  • Provides a network of 36IBMPCs loaded with Window XP operating system.
  • Facilitates developing database applications using ORACLE10g,IBMDB2 and MySQL.
Mobile & Grid Computing Laboratory (PG/Research Laboratory)  
  • Provides a network of 20DELLPC's loaded with Windows XP operating system.
  • Facilitates developing Grid Computing based applications using open source tool kits.
  • Facilitates developing mobile computing based applications for different versions of mobile device configuration.
     
General Purpose Programming Language (GPPL) Laboratory  
  • Provides a network of 42 all-in-one PCs with OS (Linux, Windows 7, Open Sun OS).
  • Facilitates Oracle, virtualization softwares, web applications, mobile application, C and C++ development using Sun NetBeans and QTIDEs.
