Admissions to the M.Tech programme in Nuclear Engineering will commence from 16th August, 2010. A candidate has to apply as prescribed in the application form available on the website.

The selection procedure for admission to the post-graduate programme is a two-stage process.

Stage I : Admission Test

An admission test will be conducted on 4th September, 2010 at Mody Campus.

Admission test will be common for all candidates. It will be based upon the fundamentals of Engineering, Physics, Mathematics. Duration of the test will be 1 hour. The test format will be objective-type; however, certain questions may need demonstration of calculations. The test would comprise of about 40-50 questions, out of which candidates are expected to attempt about 30 questions.

Stage II : GD & Personal Interview

Based on the performances in Stage I, applicants will be invited for a Personal Interview shortly after the admission test on 4th September, 2010.

Other factors including academic rigor, significant achievements and/or work experience will be considered.

Final Admission List will be put up on the website on 5th September, 2010.
